Sal Royd Villa is registered to accommodate a maximum of 16 residents in mostly single rooms. Residents are encouraged to bring their own furniture, where possible, so that their room is as comfortable and as homely as possible.
There are 4 bedrooms and 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are a further 8 single occupancy rooms and one of these is an en-suite. There is a bathroom on this floor. All these rooms are accessible by stairs and stair lift. There are 2 more rooms on the first floor, these are suitable for more mobile residents. There is a toilet adjacent to these two rooms.
Smoking is prohibited in the residence but there is a designated smoking area on the patio outside the lounge.
